• Circumvent subscription limitations
• Use automated systems to access the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KadakWorks OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Store and organize your ChatGPT conversations

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process:

• Account information through Google Authentication
• Chat identifiers and folder structures via Supabase
• Payment information through Stripe
• Local browser storage for performance optimization

7.2 Data Rights

• You retain ownership of your content
• You can export your data at any time
• You can request data deletion
• We comply with GDPR requirements

9.1 Availability

• We strive for 99% service uptime
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance
• Service may be affected by third-party dependencies

9.2 Modifications

11.1 By User

You may terminate your account by:
